Quick troubleshooting
- Widget is missing: confirm the Stock alert signup app block is added to the active product template and the product is unavailable if hide-when-available is enabled.
- Changed themes: re-add or verify the app block on the new theme's product template.
- Email did not send: check monthly usage, send a dashboard test email, and review the recent alert email status table.
- Need your data: Starter and higher plans can export waitlist CSV from the dashboard.
- Custom theme: heavily customized/non-standard product templates may need manual block placement or fallback iframe support.

Theme compatibility
Practical Edge uses Shopify theme app blocks for most Online Store 2.0 product templates. This avoids permanent theme-code injection and keeps uninstall cleaner. If a theme limitation is discovered, we will disclose it and help with placement rather than silently failing.
